For short-term stays (minimum 6 months, maximum 18 months), we offer a farmhouse with three apartments and spacious outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in the rolling hills of the municipality of Torri in Sabina.
The farmhouse and its apartments can be rented as a whole or individually, sharing the grounds, including the swimming pool open in the summer (5mx10m oval pool, 1.40m deep).
The farmhouse consists of three residential units:
Melograno Apartment:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 80 square meters, and offers two living rooms with kitchens, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large porticoed terrace of approximately 50 square meters.
Rent for the Melograno apartment:
€730 + VAT per month
Quercia Apartment:
The apartment is located on the first floor, measures approximately 50 square meters, and offers a living room with fireplace and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Both the living room and bedroom open onto a panoramic 40 square meter terrace with a south-facing exposure.
Rent for the Quercia apartment:
€600 + VAT per month
Leccio Apartment:
The apartment is located on the first floor, measures approximately 50 square meters, and offers a living room with a fireplace and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Both the living room and bedroom open onto a 40 square meter panoramic terrace overlooking the pool.
Rent for the Leccio apartment:
€600 + VAT per month
Rent for the entire property (three apartments, a 90-square-meter gym with a 30-square-meter changing room, land, and swimming pool open in summer):
€1900 + VAT per month
The apartments are furnished and equipped and sit on over a hectare of lawn with several centuries-old trees.
Parking spaces are available for tenants at the entrance to the property.
The grounds and swimming pool will be maintained by the landlord and will be available to all tenants of the three apartments.
Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity costs. Water and waste disposal tax (TARI) are included in the rent. Maintenance of the grounds and swimming pool is the responsibility of the landlord.
